How can I track the status of my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation email with tracking information. You can also visit this page for tracking details. Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order has shipped.
What do I do if my tracking says "Delivered" but I did not received my package?
Solana Jewelry shipments do not require a signature upon delivery, except on orders over $1,000.00. While all shipping carriers are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, we will do everything we can to make sure you get your product. Occasionally, a carrier will mark a package as delivered before it makes it to your doorstep, so please allow an additional one to two business days for delivery. If you receive a "delivered" message from our carrier but do not receive your package within the next 2 business days, please contact the carrier after you've checked the entire premise of your home.Β
What if I am missing items from my order?
Email us at contact@shopsolanajewelry.com with a description of the items missing from your order and your order number. We will get the missing item(s) to you as soon as possible.
What if I entered the incorrect shipping address?
Contact our customer service team via contact@shopsolanajewelry.com with your name, order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible. In the case that your order has not been shipped yet, we will update your shipping information.
Gift With Purchase (GWP):
Free gifts with purchase are available only during the advertised promotional period and while supplies last. No promo code is required unless otherwise stated.
Free gift offers cannot be applied to previous purchases or orders placed outside the promotional period. Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or store credit.
Unless specifically stated, free gift promotions cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discount codes, loyalty rewards, or coupons.
Gift card purchases do not count toward the minimum purchase amount required to qualify for a free gift.
If the advertised free gift becomes unavailable, Shop Solana Jewelry reserves the right to substitute it with a gift of equal or greater value.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any free gift promotion at any time without prior notice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept many forms of payment at Melinda Maria! You can use Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo. Sorry, we are not able to split payment between two methods for a single online order.
How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1β3 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Lifetime Guarantee
What does the Lifetime Guarantee cover?
Our Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal wear, including issues such as broken clasps, defective chains, or craftsmanship defects. It does not cover lost items, accidental damage, misuse, or normal cosmetic wear.
How do I request a replacement?
Simply contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your request and guide you through the replacement process.
Returns
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item is in its original, unworn condition
- Item is free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear.
- Item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is included

What if my favorite piece sells out?
Some of our collections are produced in limited quantities. If a piece is unavailable, we may restock it based on demand, but we can't guarantee every design will return. If you find something you love, we recommend purchasing it before it's gone.
What are your products made of? What plating do you use?
Our jewelry is crafted with premium 316L stainless steel and finished with 18K PVD gold plating for exceptional durability and long-lasting shine. Our pieces are nickel-free, lead-free, and hypoallergenic, making them suitable for most sensitive skin.
